The recycle line features an MX-AG1250 Twin Shaft Granulator. This granulator is capable of processing up to 2 tonnes of plastic per hour.

A standard conveyor feeds the MX-AG1250 granulator, followed by a screw conveyor that then feeds the shredded plastic up to the wash tank. After washing the plastic is then transferred to the centrifugal dryer via a screw conveyor. The plastic is then spun to remove all the moisture - less that 1% moisture content after spinning. When dry the plastic is then transferred into an air blower for pumping into a bag for shipping.

The line requires a space 8.5m by 18m in an L shaped configuration or 10m by 12m if in a U shaped configuration.
